I don't know if x10hosting automatically deletes your site after a certain number of days of inactivity, but it seems that my whole site has disappeared. Everything from my home page to my cPanel is gone. I would really like an explanation, considering I had some important stuff on there...

I don't remember seeing anything in the rules about this, but I'm pretty sure it's not allowed. I'll ask anyway, though. Am I allowed to let people upload things to my site, like images? Once again, pretty sure it's not allowed, but I'd like to be sure before I go off and do something idiotic...

I requested my PHP version to be changed to Intermediate. I got the email saying it was accepted on January 26, 2008. My version still hasn't been upgraded. I'm thinking it may be due to the server changes. Any assistance on this would be great! ~ExoSoft

Ugh. I registered an account at X10 and waited about 5 days for my account to be created. I was so excited when I got the email! I made my site an uploaded all my current stuff yesterday. Today I went to get on and all I get are "Problem loading page" errors on my site, on my cPanel, etc...
