I get a blank page when i visit my website the first time after a browser restart. But a refresh brings it back up. I have not made any changes to my site in the last two months. What's wrong?

My website is currently running SMF. It was installed in the root directory i.e public_html/easynaija.com/. My index.php file is currently set to 777

My website has been displaying the 403 Forbidden page for more than one week now. I am certain that this is not a permission issue as all my subdirectories are set to 755. I have also flushed cache, flushed dns, flushed my pc and even flushed my toilet in case but i still get the big fat 403...
