i was wondering if i culd change the Account Username for the Hosting?? is it possible???

my site is not wokrin....it is unsuspended and this message shows when i visit the domain.... The requested URL / was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. plz help
