I cannot create a new file, when i try to upload a file to public_html it just uploads as a 0 byte file. I can create a new empty file but i cannot edit it, it refuses to save and just remains as a 0 byte file. It is every file in public_html, not just config. The site url is...

Sadly it seems like i am not able to edit the wp-config through the control panel file manager either. When I try to do so, it says that the file was saved successfully but when i reload the file it did in fact not save successfully and is still a completely empty 0 byte file.
