During the account transfers, my account was transferred from Ciroc [Ad-Free] to Cossacks. I realised that some functions of cPanel were missing, like Data/SQL Back Up and SPAM Assassin and I noticed there were other changes as well. Is this suppose to happen? Thank you.

One of my dirctories is password protected [through CPanel]. However lately, every time i try to access that directory from the web, eg http://****.x10hosting.com/protecteddirectory/ the page goes to a 404, "Page cannot be found". It used to be working all right and i did not change...
