how often do i have to participate on the forums for my account to not be suspended?

hi, i'm quite new to this hosting business, i have a mac and i use the webdisc.app. is it ok to delete the files or overwrite the files without using the web interface? it seemed to have problems last time when i tried it, it left some "Undeleted files" Thanks
