when going to my php site i get Forbidden You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. any idea's? i have also upgraded my php to intermadte

I installed and when i go to the site i get Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/admdata/public_html/Sources/Load.php(1726) : eval()'d code on line 1726 any idea's why?
