Dear support team, My IP address seems to be blocked after I attempted to use ftp. Would you please remove it from the list?

I tried to go into ftp too many times. It seems I never can´t get the parameters right. So my account was locked for my IP. Please unlock it.

My account has been blocked. I suppose because I tried too many times to login with the wrong ftp credentials. But it has been blocked for som many days (I thing 5 now). Although it says it is active I can not access my site or my control panel. This way I can not review my site. How long until...
