    File Manager extract button is "grayed out"

    I am trying to extract a zip file but the extract button is grayed out. Is there something wrong? Can we not use .zip files?

    Can't get past Email Confirmation

    Trying to login for a couple of day now but I get an error saying: Sign up Error Unfortunately an error occurred processing your account sign up. Our staff have been alerted to this error. You may attempt to re-submit your signup at this time. Anyone know the fix for this?
