Hey, I'm having the same problem other people seem to be having. My account is suspended and trying to open a support ticket results in "Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (getupdated)." And of course I can't connect to my FTP domain. I realize other threads...

My account is suspended and everything on the server has been erased, or appears to be. In my account it says that it has been suspended because "user transferred to another server." I didn't transfer anything. What's wrong and how can I fix it? Thanks. Rayburn

For some reason, my website http://www.winsimplesoftware.com is down most of the time. When it's down, I can't access CPanel, my webpage, or my e-mail. It's getting very annoying. It was down 10 minutes ago, but just came back on. But it will go down again soon. It was down 2 days ago as well...
