I have the Mediawiki, which has the connection problem, installed in my other domain. Does the same apply for it too?
The question is why does Cloudflare serves email requests. In Cloudflare's DNS settings I have an A record for [domain] which points to x12 server's IP and a CNAME record for...
Trying to send a confirmation email via MediaWiki ends in error:

Yes, I checked the extensions and I figured that out. Read also my answer to Anna.
Instead of changing to PHP 5.6, I switched to 7.3 (because I plan to use MediaWiki and the minimum version of PHP for the latest version of the wiki is 7.2.9) and I enabled the following set of extensions...
A few months back the website was certainly working fine. For some time it was probably served and kept online by Cloudflare's servers. Today after changing Cloudflare's DNS settings to point to the x12 server (it used to point to x3 as far as I remember) this message came up:

Trying to log in to cPanel I get:

An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry
Is this an account specific issue (did I miss my monthly log in) or is it something else?
My Joomla site on Boru server (I think since yesterday) isn't accesible. It returns the message: "Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL."
Also when I access the file manager through cPanel instead of seeing any data I get the following message: "Data error."
After 26 hours of downtime site is online again.
But I'm frustrated with the way the problem has been handled. No announcements were made, none of the threads related to the problem were answered... Nothing... During the downtime I was wondering if anyone of the stuff was aware of the issue!
I can't access my site on boru server since yesterday. Instead I get the following Cloudflare message:
I haven't changed any settings neither on x10hosting nor on Cloudflare. And there aren't any announcements for boru (http://status.x10hosting.com/), so what is going on?
I have to mention...
I was performing some maintenance to my site's database and suddenly phpMyAdmin threw an error... which made phpMyAdmin inaccessible, but unfortunately I can't remember the error message.
Although now I can access phpMyAdmin the left frame loads extremely slow.
Site is down now, redirecting to defaultwebpage.cgi
I flushed DNS and browser's cache repeatedly, but the problem persists for hours now.
I checked for announcements about Boru server, but there aren't any new. So, what is going?
Here we go! Site is down again. The server follows its daily routine without exceptions!
But it appears that our support requests are invisible!
I PMed one of the admins yesterday but I didn't get any response... Please forward this topic (and the others related to the issue) to the...
Site is down again! Same time, same issue!
This is getting ridiculous... I can't understand why there is no any information about the problem. So many topics about it and not a single answer! I don't blame people who offer support in this forum, because I guess that they don't answer 'cause...

The phenomenon is daily! Any news on servers maintenance? And if there is still maintenance going on why there aren't any new posts for Boru at News and Announcements forum?
Hi!
Site is down again:
and generally when up the response time is slow and sometimes really, really slow (response times over 20 seconds!!!)!
According to the last update (http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/155427-more-updates-2.html#post809286):

Thank you very much for your immediate answer!
It wouldn't hurt if there were more updates on servers status. It would prevent many questions in the support category.
Let's hope things will get better soon!
