i can load my page using a /wp after my domain name, but when i use domainname.com, it goes to the /index page. this is a new site, please help :)

"So, just rename the file you want to be your start page to either index.html or index.php" Sorry, rookie question.. im in File manager, what Dir would this be located and what file is this?? index.php?? Thanks :)
