Why can I not see the SSL/TLS Manager in Cpanel X?

I need to set my server's IP address in my A Record for my DNS at NameCheap. The old control panel showed me the server IP, but I switched to CPanel and now I don't see it. How do I find the correct server IP to set at my DNS provider (NameCheap)?

I saw a somewhat similar question was recently posted, but I am slightly more knowledgeable, though I didn't have good luck searching for the answer. When I change my A record through NameCheap's control panel to the server IP listed on my control panel, I get an account closed or inactive...
