No error when logging in cpanel and public_html has a file

avodahkitchen.x10.mx This was the 2nd domain i created still it'll say site cant be reached

I think i deleted some stuff on public_html and i tried making a new domain but everytime it just says site cannot be reached is there a way to reset?
