My account was suspended for inactivity, i have clicked to unsuspend, but it's still suspended. What is going on?

I am a game developer and I use my x10hosting page to make my games available for download. They are not big, around 20 MB each. For some reason most of my games got deleted (404). I have uploaded them again yesterday and now they are deleted again. Can I at least know why?
