What limits should I be aware of when running a semi popular website on a free account?

I've been using the Sitebuilder for the last few days, using it whenever I need to update my website. Today I've ran into an issue when publishing, it gets stuck on the loading bar, with no progress added to it no matter how long I leave it. I've tried logging out, refreshing, etc. etc...
