My website says that im susupended? But when i log on to the x10hosting site the acount status says that im unsuspended?

my website and CPanel are suspended, but it says that im not suspended, some help please?

Remoted mysql keep's deleting things i put in it e.g %.x10hosting.com, I put that in and everyday it delete's? Anything i can do, or not? -Also I cannot get onto the account panel on X10hosting. It say's something like error log. -Im on adfree. (everyone keeps asking people.)

my account seems to nto be working. i can recently just been able to get on the C-panel. but i can't get onto the x10hosting login page. i go to log in and it says error log. Can you help? Thanks, ~jake.
