When i try to access CPanel to install a site, i get a blank white page with a 1 in the upper left corner. How do i get past this ? The account is tropica9 on the old vox server

i tried to activate cloud flare using the CPanel button, but when i click on the settings, I get this error You do not have any initialized zones Honestly i dont care if it works or not, but i dont want to cause some issue for X10 because something is not right, and i dont know how to correct...
