I have to manually add user to comment on the site one by one.... pls help

my website is http://aizawlcity.x10.mx but user cannot regististered themselves on the same site. It may be because i used wordpress and buddypress . But still then theres a link which user may have to register but when click on register it shows no link. How may i enable this as it caused me...
