I have sent a message to the admin that would have the insights and access to that part of our systems. I do not see a hosting account attached to the forum account you are currently posting from, what is your main domain so we can look the account up?

It won't be possible to do that unless the user have their own domain, as cloudflare requires setting namesevers to theirs, which you can not do if you have one of our free domains. I'll notify an admin that there's an issue with the cloudflare button.

There's no hosting account attached to the forum account you are posting from, you'd need to make the request from the forum account linked to the hosting account. You can see what the name of that forum account is through your account portal (and change the link to this one if you prefer)...

Took a quick look in your account and it appears as it is currently showing the size properly. I know the server you are on had a bit of an issue with quotas earlier which likely was the reason for that oddity.
