I believe it was a system error, seen it happen on a couple other occasions in the past as well.

Please note that for ftp accounts you create in cPanel you need to use the full username, including the domain part, in your case that would be: marketing@phag.x10b.bz "530 Login authentication failed" always indicates there's a problem with either username or password, hence login fails.

I have corrected the domain for you. Please note that there may be a small delay before this is properly reflected in your account portal and cPanel. Also there may be a bit of time before the domain starts to work properly, commonly within the hour but can take longer.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. This has now been resolved. However I see that your site is currently not complying with our ToS. Specifically this part: You'd need to sort that out or risk getting suspended

It is not recommended in the long run but it is an option while working on the solution if nothing else.

On free hosting we only retain backups in case of server failure, as it stands now there's no option to restore single files. Keeping backups is your responsibility, as stated in ToS.
