    Clear browser chache, and try again, works my end now (you might need to restart browser as well), that default page is notorious for sticking in cache. It does usually come up on new/changed domains a bit before the system has fully picked up on the new domain.

    First step is suspended if you did not login to the account portal for 31 days. If that suspension is not resolved within 14 days of being placed the account is marked as inactive and put up for being deleted, which would happen on the next maintenance run after those 14 days has passed.

    Yes. Unfortunately nothing else to do. With the server move, the 'A' records on ALL domains hosted in our free hosting was indeed updated, by us though, so user that have our domains or user our nameservers for their own domains do not need to change it manually.

    DNS propagation, which is what is done when an IP changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, in extreme cases up to 48 hours. This is nothing we can speed up as it is largely dependent on your (and your users) ISP.

    I can see your site properly, probably your ISP (and your compuer) still have the faulty IP in cache. Flushing cache on your computer might help speed it up, but no guarantee.
