I do see a gmail address listed for your client/forum account (ie the account you are posting from).
Unfortunately I do not see a pending hosting action, it may have been dropped due to the failed email verification, if that is indeed the case you would need to re-do the hosting account part...
Hello,
I see an active hosting account for you, with that username, looks like there was a double submit possibly.
Is there still any issues with this?
Only logging into our forums (http://x10hosting.com/forums) does count as activity, and the requirement is to login at the forums at least once every 31 days.
Logging into account panel, cPanel, ftp etc won't count in this case.
To be able to use it as a gaming server you would need:
1. A legit server version of your game for linux (all our VPSs come with Linux)
2. at least have a Dedicated VPS package
That mail would go out to ANYONE that has not been visiting our forums in the past 31 days.
There is a requirement to log in here at least once every 31 days to keep the hosting account active, posting is never required.
I have unsuspended your account, you can however do this yourself should it happen again, just log in to your account panel (https://x10hosting.com/control) and navigate to hosting -> suspensions.
It would affect anyone on the current adfree-infinity hosting plan.
If/when your account starts using more then 500Mb of disk space and otherwise is in par with the ToS you can request to have the limit lifted and be placed back on an unmetered plan.
With free hosting we don't offer a dedicated IP, but that should indeed work.
As far as I know, using the IP alone would never have worked in a shared hosting environment, for the reasons stated: there's several sites using the same IP so the server would then not know what to show.
It is...
Upgrade is being processed.
You might want to put in a redirect for those trying to view your site on http://chenschool.elementfx.com/ or create a simple index page that links to the actual site.
when you go to the IP alone the server would have no idea which site to show as there's a few thousands to chose from.
However, something that MAY work is http://69.175.122.178/~yourcpanelnamehere (no guarantee, it has not worked when I tested previously for free hosting)
