Where did you buy that domain? You'd need to go to the registrar and configure it for it to work properly.

www was just a mirror of the public_html folder, and is not in reality needed to make the account function. As for public_ftp, you can just re-create that one as you did with public_html, it is however not crucial either. As for the special ftp accounts, I'll have to check with a higher admin...

It should not be needed... Generally having files set at 644 and folders at 755 works perfectly well (even for a cache folder with our setup) If the file/folder is not directly accessed through the browser, it should work (if not it'll generate a server error).

If you ended up on Lotus, that means you likely are located in a high risk country, which means you'd just end up on Lotus again. Do you have an .htaccess file, they can cause a server error as well, especially if you try to set a php_flag, or enable RewriteEngin without specifying a RewriteBase.
