I already opened a ticket 3 days ago.
About 26 hours ago I got an update that ticket had been moved to Escalated Support and should be handled shortly..
I'm worried by the meanings of the long time it's taking
It's several days already.
My site is not static and require FTP connections by some programs for fluent usage, that's why it is critical.
Hope this will be fixed today..
