As far as I understand it is allowed to remove that from the footer from wordpress point of view, that said it is generally a good idea to show support for wordpress by keeping it there.

It has a @ymail.com address linked, which would be what you need to log in to account panel with. The part before the @ is the same as you have for the email account linked with the forum account you're currently posting from.
suspension note says "Do not unsuspend" this means, the account will remain suspended until terminated (about 14 days after it got suspended).

Just a clarification, those links would only be disallowed if the sites they link to offer illegal downloads of said game, movie etc. Linking to a site with an official trailer, or more information etc, would for instance be fully allowed.
