Your account doesn't show as being suspended at this time, I assume you found out how to sort it. To avoid such suspension in the future, make sure you remember to log into the forums at least once every 31 days, logging into the account panel and/or cPanel does not count as activity in this case.

Hello, You should not need to enter the password when you click on phpMyAdmin in cPanel. To resolve this please try doing a password reset in your account panel, that usually solves it. Regarding the email, if you try sending one to yourself, do you get any errors back from the script?

cPanel user names can not be changed, other then by terminating the current account and you creating a new one. The cPanel username however holds no significant towards the domain in use, it does not in any way affect the functionality of your account.

With an suspended account all access, including backups, are revoked as per section 8 of our ToS:

I'd say it is a reasonable requirement, spend a few minutes each month to get yourself updated with what's going on, what maintenance may be planned etc. We do not require posting, other hosts do that, and some even given a minimum amount posts per month you must reach to get/keep the hosting...

The only way to get an account is to use the sign-up form. Do note though that some countries are currently blocked from signing up, if yours are, there's no option to get a new hosting account.
