I have some Flash Drives here. They're very useful for me when I'm repairing computers and I need to get drivers for the computer. Pop in a stick into another computer, download the drivers onto a drive, unplug it, plug it into the computer being repaired, and install the driver. Very useful...

LOL he has the 768k/128k package. I used to have that package years ago. I outgrew up the upload though so I've been boosting my speed ever since. FiOS may not be where he is yet. It's not where I am yet but it seems to be coming literally 400 feet from my home.

Stretching the picture will both screw up the aspect ratio of it and will pixelate it. While it is possible, it won't be in a good quality.

It's going to be a bit tricky. Basically, you need to spend some time in Photoshop or something, making sure you do not change the picture's Aspect Ratio and you need to blur and sharpen it up. It's going to take some work though to get it to fit without looking pixelated.
