Programs you use to manage your site...

FTP: FileZilla, rarely cPanel if I don't have filezilla. Code: NetBeans, Programmer's Notepad Graphics: Photoshop CS4 Extended, Illustrator CS4 WYSIWYG: None. Tried Dreamweaver, hated it. Browser: IE (different versions for testing, I don't support IE6), firefox with IETab as main browser...

    Mysql Database suggestion

There's honestly no point for multiple databases. The only reason I use them is to separate my data from my users that I host. Most users can survive on three databases and using DB prefixes. Especially since most users are newbies at this stuff and are only looking to host a forum or otherwise...

    Mysql Database suggestion

We have 5 free servers with over 2,000 accounts each... A lot of them would abuse it.

    Mysql Database suggestion

cPanel/WHM uses the "mySQL databases" and etc as variables in different packages. Making it infinite would just make people go crazy and stuff, honestly. Plus we couldn't change how cPanel works if we wanted to (and we do..). It's all encrypted.

I installed it, but it still didn't work.

Also, stop opening new threads for every single problem you have.. just post it in one topic.

    Account suspended (inactivity)

If you are suspended again, post another topic linking to this one. Make sure that you do this to get unsuspended: 1. Login to the account panel, request unsuspension. 2. Make sure that your account IS unsuspended. 3. Login to the forums, and poke around a bit. Maybe read some news posts, play...

    My website is extremely slow

It's a free host. We do our best to provide the best experience for our users for FREE. If you wish, why don't you try running 5+ free servers with not free software on them. The free servers barely make us money, the only money made from it is from advertisements... so stop complaining. As for...

Why Still the Staff in x10hosting Do Not Say Anything About ASP.NET Downtime?

Okay, let me clear this up. We have contacted the administrators about this problem. It's most likely the result of Mono not being correctly configured. I, on behalf of x10hosting, apologize for this. We have always run Linux. I believe CentOS, on our servers. This has not changed, it's just...

    My new Design

That's HUGE. Too huge. Definitely need to scale that down. Wow. That's huge. Anyone without 1280*1000 resolution would have an extremely difficult time viewing that. You should always design to the size you are going to make it. Other than that: The text on your "contentpage" is broken. In...
