Did you check the spam folder? Sometimes the confirmation e-mail does end up there. Also you can request the confirmation e-mail to be resent from within the account panel, use your e-mail address as login and the password you entered when signing up for login.

Your account should now be back in order. There was an inconsistency with how your password was stored on the server, you might therefor need to do a password reset in your account panel to avoid any further troubles.

I don't see a parked domain for your account at this point. What are you trying to set your main domain to be? Do you get any errors when you try, if so please include the error message as that helps us sort the issue.
