If it's in the TOS specifically as prohibited, don't upload it. If you are unsure about if a certain script would break TOS it's better to ask first and wait for a staff member to clear it up.

That would be because you deleted the public_html folder and placed all files in your public_ftp folder. That is off lesser importance right now though, as the account is permanently suspended for hosting torrents.

Hello, I was able to sort the internal server error. However I have now suspended your account for having a public uploader, it is strictly against the TOS to use the account for file hosting, which would be what you are doing. This is a permanent suspension.
