Your account has been sorted to have the bigger diskspace, some accounts didn't come through on the automatic upgrade for that. Your site should be back to working order. You might need to clear browser cache though to get it to properly show.

Looks to me as you have one file called index in your html root. To get it to automatically show it needs to be called index.htm or index.html if it is a pure html page, or index.php if it is code with php. Note that it is case sensetive, only lowercase will work.
