ask for your IP to be un-banned its a mod_security problem after so many errors against mod_security, it bans your IP from the server

It seems that you stil have the default Index.html from x10hosting. By deleting the file in the /public_html/ folder, and uploading your own, the page will disappear and the ads will be gone. Thanks, Neil
