hello, If the domain shows up in cPanel, it might just need a bit time to settle on the server. Before trying to re-add, have you tried clearing browser cache?

Don't worry too much about the 0 MB for size, it seem to do that for everyone but the databases still work. I have sorted a couple missing entries in the remote mysql hosts table for your account, you should now be able to connect to the database(s).

right, you're chopin sorry about that. Been seeing a few issues with Boru and mysql as well. Same does apply though, accounts previously on Fris is still being restored onto Chopin too.

Hello, I successfully restored the account. However due to the content being in violation of our TOS it is now permanently suspended awaiting termination.

I see the error is back, it did work when I replied, guess there's something more troublesome causing the error then, I'll see what I can find server side. The password has to be in the config (which should not be readable directly btw) other wise the server would not be able to connect you...

Hello, Have you tried going to https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083 to login? I can't say for certain when the account panel and cPanel will be synced up, but you should be able to login directly at the cPanel login, even though not through the account panel currently.
