Your first issue and question is regarding access to our services based on IP and country which is what I attempted to address.
Kindly post a screenshot of the current message / error so we can resolve this for you as well.
What is your current country of access? We can see you may be using multi VPN / Networks to access your information and service with us. This is causing issues with us tracking a "real" IP / Location for your service.

We see you may be hitting one of our modsec rules our software uses. I have filtered these to hopefully prevent this from happening again. Please do let me know in this ticket if you do see it happening again
Can you reattempt this? If this fails I do see you are using external DNS. You may need to temp. point your full DNS to our system via the NS :
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
Once the SSL is activate you can then revert the DNS as needed.
Your service was refunded based on your charge back request. Since you did not give our team time to reply or correct any issues and charged back instead of the refund we would have provided the service has also been cancelled.
