    web ftp may not work currently on the device. You should be able to download an FTP application for your device and use the previously mentioned settings by our member. The easiest way to upload via the web would be via the file manager found inside your direct admin panel.

    You would use mail.ctyrd.org for your IMAP settings. You will use your full email address as the username and the password you set.

    Can't access control panel since last unsuspend

    your IP was blocked via DirectAdmin for to many failed SMTP attempts. We can assume this was due to your account being suspended so the login was failing. I have removed this block and you should now see access restored.
