You can delete this WordPress install via the softaculous installer section. Click on the WordPress icon and scroll down to your installs. You should see an icon to delete this next to the installed WordPress site

You should try renaming the plugin folder for the plugin you recently updated. You can find this in wp-content/plugins/pluginname in your file manager. Renaming this folder to pluginname-back should get your site active again.

Cloudflare should only be supported fully when you use your own custom domain in which you have control of the DNS.
