We are using indeed using Imunify 360 for protection on our servers. Can you provide a screenshot when this pops up so we can investigate to see why these false warnings may be occurring?
There should be a notice on the login page indicating you are using Firefox and should update your browser or attempt to use a diffrent one at this time.
This can be configured via your direct admin control panel under Extra Features > Select PHP version.
I believe I have enabled this for you if you want to attempt again? If it does not work please check the section mentioned to make sure the proper module is selected.
There is no glitch. As the email states you must login to the x10hosting dashboard as per our TOS once every 30 days to be marked as active. Logins to the FTP / file manager do not count. The dashboard is linked in the same email : https://x10hosting.com/login
Can you help and confirm that firefox is still giving you issues? If so we would love for you to talk to our dev team and attempt to help us resolve this issue.
