I see this may now be resolved? Anyone having similar issues you may visit the "Extra feature > Select PHP Version" to enable php modules or anything that may be missing.

You can set this up without any issue if you have your domain added to your direct admin account and pointed correctly. You will then be albe to create up to 2 accounts for this email address. You will not be able to do this if your service is currently having issues ie : x12 ad x14.

Hello, If you wish to use a custom domain on our hosting you will need to click "Add new" under your domain section in direct admin. Once this has been added your will want to change your nameserver at your domain registar to ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com

I would recommend using add new on the setup. Once this is done you will be able to generate a free SSL for this domain via your account under the SSL section which will provide a valid SSL for this domain on our hosting.
