Try this... it worked for me and for others with the same problem.. If you can log into your account (not cPanel but your account and the forum) then log out if you are... then get to the log in screen for your account (the one that says Account Management System) DON'T login but instead...

Well.. It looks like I am not alone with this same problem... I tried the change password suggestion as well using my forum password.. which is supposed to change the password on all three areas... didn't work. bob

OK... it works now... while on the site I went to the IE8 tools menu and checked Compatibility mode and it works... I don't know what about the code that requies it, but it does work.... Now I have to try to figure out how to change the code to avoid the necessity. thanks again... Bob

I don't think so.. It works on my laptop using IE8... but that is XP, this new machine is Win 7... only difference that I know of. I'll keep checking the internet settings.... thanks Bob

Well now this is interesting... apparently the problem is not with X10hosting... I downloaded firefox and it worked fine. Now the only other thing that has changed is that I got a new compter from Dell with Windows 7 installed. Of course it is using IE8, but I also have a laptop with XP and IE8...
