Yes I tried to change my password but it still does not let me sign in

Helllo, I am trying to log in to the cpanel for my website and it will not let me sign in. I know that the user name and password are correct because I checked with my x10hosting account. Please let me know if you have any suggestions as to how to fix this. Thanks
