Well, .htaccess is a no go. You can set environment variables there . You can unset DOCUMENT_ROOT . But it won't let you set DOCUMENT_ROOT. I tried. Not sure if that is Apache or just x10's settings.

Were you ever able to FTP in? Were you ever able to use cPanel? Did you ever have several failed logins (mistyped password, etc), try to use SSH or other secure methods? Maybe use a port scan to see how to connect to the server?

While cPanel is overloaded with the current amount of accounts per server, please get your facts straight. Cossacks has less than 7000 accounts, which is a huge amount. But it is not 50K+.

That is right. It points to your server, boru . I get when I go to your site. Which could mean you have not set permissions correctly or you do not have an index.html file or other reasons.

Unfortunately, $_SERVER["DOCUMENT_ROOT"] seems to be the culprit with the new server configuration. Seems like you will have to go in and change it to "/home/yourcPanelUsername" in all your scripts. Hmmmm. Not sure if there is a way to use .htaccess for this. I will try to Google up some...

Another problem is that your domain is o3air.za.net.x10hosting.com not o3air.za.net If you want to host the o3air.za.net , you have to change it in the Account Panel or add it as a parked or add-on domain.

That domain is linked to the forum account w33ksy1992 . Try logging onto the Account Panel using that name And it looks like there is no content at the moment.

Since you no longer have ou7l4ws-world.co.cc on your account, it does not think you have control over those email accounts. Try putting ou7l4ws-world.co.cc on your account as an "add-on". Then try to remove the email accounts. Then remove ou7l4ws-world.co.cc as an add-on. This should work...

Try logging into your cPanel now. Try to figure out what in your site is causing the problem. Plugins for PHP/MySQL scripts (Drupal, WordPress, etc) are the usual culprits.
