I double checked and the instructions I gave and they work for me. I believe new forum members have some restrictions until they have made 10 posts. Maybe that has something to do with it. Otherwise, maybe somebody else with provide better answer.

With the changes at x10 that are in the final stages now this issue could be related to propagation. This would cause website to work at some locations and not work at others. If this is the case the problem will resolve itself soon. Browser type should not effect ability to view a website.
