Google XML sitemaps is not use high resource.. but sometime due to wrong setting it also causes high CPU usage and suspension. Otherwise this plugin is very useful. make sure you disable the automatic sitemap generation. see attachment for the best settings of this plugin.

All in One SEO Pack Version 1.6.10 is the one which might cause high CPU usage.. Check its setting or disable it..
