I believe I followed the process to upgrade but have not seen any confirmation and obviously am not seeing the upgraded service when I login. How do I check the status of my order?

I'm a university student in a PHP course needing to be able to display phpinfo() in my web page. I understand the free hosting has this blocked. What level of service do I need to unblock it? Will Prime membership be sufficient? Thank you.
