What error do you get when you try to delete it yourself in cPanel? And there doesn't seem to be a record of the domain name hicine.net here. What do you mean add it on another server x10hosting?

That is not the cPanel user name of the attached hosting account. You need to provide your cPanel username, not the forum username. Your cPanel username is medcare, if you're wondering.

If you want to make a GIF Animation, I recommend using the free GIMP mentioned by krofunk above. Each frame of the animation would be a new layer. Then save as a GIF file.
