I found my hosting account is not available, kindly let me know if you can fix it, or do i need to open another account (which I usually don't like as this will let to have many used floating accounts which is not good). Also I would like to know how my account got disabled.

I created id in x10hosting 1 hr back. I am able to sign in in forum but not in my account section or cpanel. I was able to sign in ,in forum in few seconds of creation of account but unfortunately its been over 60 mins, still "myaccount" is not opened.
