Asked to change domain a few days ago from "www.seabearandwalrus.com" to "www.seabearwalrus.com" but it has not been done yet.

I opened my account and verified it two days ago and it says it's still pending. It said to contact support after 24 hours, but I can't make a new ticket or whatever, because the server is down? Thanks. :)
