Yeah, same problem here too; it's been a few days now.. since Thursday I think. Whole site has been offline for ages due to the MySQL connection error (a result of the server migration).. apparently I need to get into cpanel to fix that :(

I've hit the same issue.. the d/b is offline and they said to go to cpanel to add that host to the allowed list.. but my login to cpanel isn't working :(

Same here; it's getting beyond a joke. I hope these changes that x10hosting keep talking about get implemented soon.. users will just abandon my site with it having so much downtime :(

Thanks for the quick response Carl. It's a shame a minority spoil it for the rest of us. I totally understand that's it's other accounts causing the issue. Shame nothing much can be done about it, so that if their code or queries misbehave then it'll throttle them back or kill the process.
