I have registered and verified my account over 3hrs ago and I still haven't been approved... So what is the problem? Why am I waiting 3x the "supposed" maximum wait time?

I am here to host the base site and mySQL for a minecraft based server... I had been previously running it on my own desktop with WAMP but the stress on my the horrid upload speeds of my home connection are proving troublesome. HOPE THIS HELPS!
